Terms & Conditions
Welcome to White Stone Holidays Nepal Pvt. Ltd. By booking any tour or travel service
with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
 A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance
payment.
 Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
 Booking confirmation is subject to hotel, transport, flight, and activity availability.
2. Required Documents
All travelers must carry valid identification documents during the tour.
 Indian Citizens: Valid Passport, Voter ID, or any government-approved document
as per Nepal entry regulations.
 Foreign Nationals: Valid Passport, applicable Nepal Visa (if required), and any
additional permits.
The company shall not be responsible if a traveler is denied entry due to insufficient or
invalid travel documents.
3. Tour Price
 Tour prices are calculated based on current transportation, hotel, fuel, taxes, and
government regulations.
 Prices may change due to government tax revisions, fuel price increases, airline
fare revisions, or unforeseen circumstances before final confirmation.
 Once the booking is confirmed and fully paid, no additional charges will be
collected except for optional services requested by the traveler.
4. Hotel Accommodation
 Hotels are subject to availability.
 If the booked hotel becomes unavailable, a similar category hotel will be
provided.
 Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings shall apply.
5. Transportation
 Transportation will be provided according to the confirmed itinerary.
 Vehicle type depends on the number of passengers.
 Air-conditioning may be switched off in hilly regions for vehicle safety.

 Any additional sightseeing or route changes requested by the guest will be
chargeable.
6. Flights & Transportation Delays
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by:
 Airlines
 Weather conditions
 Natural disasters
 Landslides
 Road blockages
 Political disturbances
 Government restrictions
Any additional expenses arising from such delays shall be borne by the traveler.
7. Changes in Itinerary
The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather,
safety concerns, road conditions, natural disasters, or operational requirements while
ensuring the best possible travel experience.
8. Meals
Meals will be provided according to the confirmed package (CP, MAP, AP, etc.). Meals
missed due to late arrival, early departure, or personal reasons are non-refundable.
9. Sightseeing
Entry tickets, monument fees, camera charges, boating, cable cars, adventure activities,
or other attractions are excluded unless specifically mentioned in the package
inclusions.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. The company shall not be
liable for medical emergencies, accidents, theft, baggage loss, or personal injuries
during the tour.
11. Health & Fitness
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Those with serious
medical conditions should consult their physician before booking.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
 Respect local customs and traditions.

 Follow instructions from tour guides and drivers.
 Maintain proper behavior throughout the tour.
 Take care of personal belongings.
The company shall not be responsible for loss of personal items.
13. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses
caused by events beyond its control, including:
 Earthquakes
 Floods
 Landslides
 Heavy rainfall
 Pandemics
 Political unrest
 Government restrictions
 Strikes
 War
 Airline disruptions
14. Liability
White Stone Holidays Nepal Pvt. Ltd. acts only as an intermediary between travelers
and hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service providers. Our liability is
limited to the services directly provided by the company.
15. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed after deducting applicable cancellation
charges, bank charges, and third-party supplier charges. Processing time may vary
depending on payment method and supplier policies.
16. Governing Law
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of
Nepal, and the competent courts of Kathmandu shall have jurisdiction.

Nepal Tour Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Traveler
Cancellation charges shall apply as follows:

More than 30 days before arrival 10% of total tour cost
21–30 days before arrival 25% of total tour cost
15–20 days before arrival 40% of total tour cost
8–14 days before arrival 60% of total tour cost
4–7 days before arrival 75% of total tour cost
Within 72 hours or No Show 100% of total tour cost
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable once booked:
 Flight tickets
 Train tickets
 Hotel peak-season bookings
 Cable car tickets
 Jungle Safari permits
 Adventure activity bookings
 Entry permits
 Visa charges
 Travel insurance
 Government fees
Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to:
 Natural disasters
 Political unrest
 Safety concerns
 Insufficient group size
 Government restrictions
 Force majeure events
In such cases, travelers may be offered:
 Alternative travel dates,
 An alternative tour,
 A refund of the recoverable amount after deduction of non-refundable third-party
charges.

No Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a “No
Show,” and no refund will be applicable.
Early Departure
No refund shall be provided for any unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing,
transportation, or other services after the tour has commenced.
Date Change
Requests for date changes are subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional
charges may apply.

Important Notes
 All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
 Refunds, if applicable, are generally processed within 15–30 working days after
approval.
 Bank transfer charges, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion
differences (if any) shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
 By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to these Terms
& Conditions and Cancellation Policy.

Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport, you will be greeted and assisted by our Representative. After completing your custom formalities, transfer to the Hotel for check-in. Evening, attend Aarati at Pashupatinath Temple. Drive back to hotel. Overnight is at Hotel in Kathmandu.Dinner at hotel.
